What you'll need (options)
Waterproof black eyeliner pencil
Lip stain or any 12-24 hr. lip stick
Fish net stockings or decorative lace
I was not specific on the color because this is all about what you want the colors and style.
If you’re using the eyeliner out line your lips with the pencil and fill in completely. Place your stockings or decorative lace over your lips securely and dab your ideal color over the lace. Remove lace/stockings and allow it to dry, apply moisturizer or gloss for a finished look.
If using two different stains taking a liner brush to line your lips and fill in and let it set. Place your stockings or decorative lace over your lips securely and dab your ideal color over the lace. Remove lace/stockings and allow it to dry, apply moisturizer or gloss for a finished look.
