Short hair hawk

For my dear sweets out there with short hair that want a fun sexy party style hawk but lack the length this one is for you.

What you will need for this style is:

Bobbypins,
A rat tail comb or a pen or chop stick if you don't have a rat tail comb,
Clear or matching your hair color tiny elastics,
Curling iron or rollers
If your hair is prone to fly aways or frizz moose or gel to make sleek
A large clip is optional to hold hair out of the way and finally, a hair brush.

Brush hair to eliminate any snarls. Section off the front bang section and tie it off with a small elastic. Just short of an inch from the first section collect hair from one side to the other into a small ponytail and tie off with an elastic. For a sleeker sexier look keep sections tight to create the individual defined sections look up the sides of your head. Continue this all the way down your head clipping finished sections out of the way for a cleaner easier style. Take a curling iron or curlers, curl each section making sure not to touch elastic with heat unless you want this to be your permanent look. Once ends are curled take small chunks of each section and bobby pin curls down to create a fluid hawk look. As I always say have fun with this make it your own. Temporary hair dye sprays can add a touch of flair by frosting the tips or front section in this look.
